  • Provision of a S43 Insurance policy bond for non EEA (European Economic Area)  resident limited company directors
  • Provision of registered office address for a limited company, if you do not have access to a physical address in Ireland

Branch and Foreign company registration Any company which is incorporated outside the State and establishes a branch in the State must be registered with the CRO under the E.C. (Branch Disclosures) Regulations 1993 (S.I. No. 395 of 1993). The registration must take place within one month of the establishment of the branch in the State. (Company Registration Office)

Business Permission for Non EEA Nationals Setting up an Irish Bank Account We provide assistance with your application to set up an account with an Irish Bank.   This is subject to providing us with satisfactory documentation to meet the Bank's standard requirements.
